  The first  12 lots are of foreign patent documents coming in to Australia; each is an A4 size mostly fine quality paper with seals, cachets, ribbons, signatures and fine letter heads, the US ones looking a bit like old style stock certificates; most of th

   *56 USA, 1996, Elaborate border with old stlye vignette of the Dept. of Commerce at top; embossed gold seal affixed over blue ribbons. Filing punch hole, but most attractive in a pompous way! 10
