Great Britain Civil Service Revenues used for Candidature Fees

At first glance the below group of Regulation Fee instruments from the Civil Service Commission appear quite normal, but look again, all are from the reign of GV, all known listings of this series do not record the 7/6d or 15/- values.

I have laid them out in date order as per the instruments.
