This publication is an updated version of the catalogue written by Rudy Thoden and published in 2002. Many of the illustrations are now in colour and discoveries made during the past two years have resulted in new stamps, perforations and varieties being added. Of particular importance has been the discovery of a document showing the fiscal use of the one and five qirsh medical aid tax stamps [shown on front cover below]
